Warranty Policy

Everystrap offer two types of warranty on participating products, the "1 Year Free Warranty" and "1 Year Extended Warranty". Please find the terms of your warranty on this page.

Definitions:

"Sender" the sender is the claimant and original purchaser of the returning product

"We" the Everystrap team

"Our team" the Everystrap team

"You" the customer

"Closest Replacement" the closest product we have available to the design of the original product if the original product is unavailable for any reason

"Closest Product" the closest product we have available to the design of the original product if the original product is unavailable for any reason

1 Year Free Warranty

What does this warranty include?

This warranty covers any faults or defects in materials under normal use during the 1 year (365 Day) warranty period from purchase.

Warranty claim process

The sender accepts responsibility of postage and packaging costs to return your faulty or defective product to our distribution centre. Our team will inspect your product to pinpoint the cause of the defect, and if your return is accepted we will replace your product free of charge with an exact replacement, or closest replacement if the product is no longer available for any reason. Our team reserve the right to refuse your warranty claim.

What does this warranty not include?

This warranty does not include coverage the following and is not limited to:

  • Theft
  • Damage
  • Faults caused by abnormal usage
  • Wear and tear

What does warranty include?

  • Fault or defect sustained under normal use only

What if my warranty is refused?

We will only refuse your warranty if you have damaged the item or it has been under abnormal use.

This warranty is not a cash refund policy.

1 Year Extended Warranty

What does this warranty include?

This warranty covers any faults, defects, damage or theft of your covered product during the 1 year (365 Day) warranty period from purchase only.

Warranty claim process

The sender accepts responsibility of postage and packaging costs to return your faulty or defective product to our distribution centre. Our team will inspect your product to pinpoint the cause of the defect, and if your return is accepted we will replace your product free of charge with an exact replacement, or closest replacement if the product is no longer manufactured. If you are claiming for theft, you must provide a crime/case number where you have reported the theft to the police. Our team reserve the right to refuse your warranty claim.

 

What does this warranty not include?

This warranty does not include coverage the following and is not limited to:

  • Wear and tear

What does warranty include?

  • Fault or defect sustained under normal use
  • Theft
  • Damage

This warranty does not include any other event

What if my warranty is refused?

We will only refuse your warranty if you have damaged the item or it has been under abnormal use.

This warranty is not a cash refund policy.

For the avoidance of doubt, your product is no longer covered under any warranty policy after the 1 Year (365 Day) period. This warranty is not a cash refund warranty and you will only be replaced with an exact or closest product.

General Warranty Terms

Retrospective Claims

You cannot retrospectively claim for any warranty event when taking out an extended warranty.

Maximum Claim

You can only claim once per warranty. If you have claimed on your warranty, your warranty is then void following your claim and you cannot claim on the same policy for a second time.
